Thailand, often called the "Land of Smiles," is known for its beautiful landscapes, vibrant culture, and welcoming people. Predominantly Buddhist, the country is home to ornate temples and deep spiritual traditions. While tourism thrives in its cities and islands, many rural areas remain underserved and in need of the Gospel. Despite being a free and open society in many ways, only a small percentage of the population knows Christ. This creates a unique opportunity to share the hope of Jesus and support the growth of the local churches. The good thing about Thailand at this stage it is an open country which no restrictions on evangelism. Mission Ventures Thailand is committed to church planting and is focusing our activities on the North Eastern region of Thailand as this has been neglected by past mission work and is a very strong Buddhist area.
