MV Wapi Pathum Church – praying for the pastor and his wife, the pastor has recently been very sick

It was a real joy and privilege for the team to visit these newly planted churches to pray with their pastors and families. We were also able to meet with the leaders of the Thai Leprosy Mission (Roi Et) and the pastor and family of MV Nong Khai Church near the Thai/Laos border. Meetings with pastors who are interested in joining MVT also proved helpful.

After traveling through a large section of Northeast Thailand the team crossed the Mekong River using the Thai/Laos Friendship Bridge into Vientiane the capital of Laos. We met with key businessmen and local pastors who want to link up with MV. Further meetings were held with key Laotian Christian leaders paving the way for future MV ministry to extend and expand the Kingdom of God into Laos. The team took part in a Laotian Evangelical Church service on Sunday in Vientiane before travelling back to Khon Kaen Thailand where after 2 days of debriefing and rest they flew back to Southern Thailand then onto Malaysia.
