Mission Ventures Thailand (MVT) is previleged to partner with Ps Somchai in bringing the gospel and God’s love to the primitive nomadic MANIQ tribe residing in the Patthalung hills of southern Thailand.
The Maniq comprise of one of the last hunter–gatherer communities in the world. The total population of the Maniq is about 300 people.
This tribe has no settled home and they move from place to place to obtain food. Due to the changes of weather and over development, at times they do not have enough food.
We are their trusted contact and exposure to the outside civilized world. MVT has occasionally blessed them with cooked food, food stuff and clothings.
We are grateful for the work of those pastors working with MVT sharing the Good News and supplying food parcels that are very much needed.
